Most of my career has been spent walking into rooms where things are more complex than they should be—fragmented organizations, post-acquisition chaos, systems that don't talk to each other, leadership teams that have lost the thread. My job is to create clarity: to see the whole system, build the architecture that makes it work, and lead teams through the transition.
I've done this as a CEO, leading a company through culture transformation and a successful exit. I've done it as an integration executive, building the function that executed 50+ M&A integrations and establishing repeatable playbooks for post-deal value capture. I've done it as a turnaround leader, stepping into distressed portfolios and stabilizing performance while rebuilding leadership and morale.
Now I work independently, offering fractional executive services, strategic advisory, and board guidance to PE-backed companies, SME owners, and founders navigating growth or transition.
